I understand-deliveries are done Monday to Friday between approximately 9am-6pm EST(excluding holidays). WE DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. Specific delivery times not accepted ie. after 12pm. If delivery is to a home, and there is no response, the courier may leave the delivery on the porch at their discretion. Apartments and businesses may require a signature. We are not responsible if the recipient is not home. Remote addresses may take longer and incur additional fees (we will contact you should this affect your order).
Delivery times do not include day of order. Day of order is the day your order is scheduled to be processed, which may be different from the actual day ordered.
(see processing times for order cut off times) . We do not offer same day service. Should a package be returned to us for any reason, you will be charged a return shipping fee equal to the actual charge charged to us by Fedex plus tax. There will be a $15.50 re-direct fee for incorrect addresses.
Delivery charges are PER item. Should you order multiple items and choose only one shipping charge, we will adjust your invoice accordingly.

You will receive a tracking number and updates from Fedex once your order has shipped. Please remember if you requested a future delivery date tracking updates will only be sent once your order is on its way.
